Remote login
If you request it, we can help you over
the Internet using
a remote desktop application. We can use
Teamviewer, VNC, Remote administrator,
Microsoft remote desktop (mstsc) or any
other software you prefer.
To request support, you can send us an
e-mail containing the login information
with a suggested
appointment date and time for the support session!

On-line chat
During support sessions, we
prefer to communicate using Skype or
MSN Messenger. Please
send us your Skype name or msn address if you
have one.
