How to download Ozeki Chat from the App Store (brief rundown)
- Open App Store
- Navigate to Search bar
- Enter "ozeki"
- Select Ozeki Chat
- Download Ozeki Chat
- Wait for installation
- Check if installation was successful
First, open the App Store and tap on the Search icon in the bottom right corner, highlighted in red on Figure 1.
Second, type in "ozeki" and hit Search, as shown in Figure 2.
After that, tap on the Ozeki application (Figure 3).
Tap the blue Get button, to which the red arrow is pointing on Figure 4.
Hit Install in the pop-up Window, and wait for Ozeki Chat to be installed, as shown in Figure 5.
If you have done everything correctly, the blue Get button from earlier should have turned to Open, similarly to Figure 6, meaning Ozeki Chat is successfully installed.

- Open Ozeki Chat
- Enter e-mail address
- Enter password
- Tap Login
- Navigate to Inbox
Open Ozeki Chat by tapping on the blue Open button (Figure 7).
Type in your login e-mail address and password to the corresponding boxes and hit Login, as you can see in Figure 8.
After a successful login, tap on the Chat icon, as shown in Figure 9.
After hitting the Chat icon, you should see your Inbox, similarly to Figure 10.

It goes from exiting your account, through entering a new workspace's address and logging in, to navigating the application. How to login to alice.ozeki.chat workspace (TL;DR)
- Log out from myozeki.com workspace
- Enter new workspace address
- Enter e-mail address
- Enter password
- Login to new workspace
- Navigate to Inbox
Tap on the hamburger icon and select Logout from the dropdown menu (Figure 11).
Next, enter your company's chat server's address, as it can be seen on Figure 12.
After typing in your workspace's address, hit Connect, highlighted in red on Figure 13.
Once connected, enter your login credentials to the corresponding textboxes, and tap login (Figure 14).
Following the login, tap the Chat icon near the top left corner, as shown in Figure 15.
If done correctly, you will be taken to your Inbox.
